Reservation
A paid reservation agreement is signed with the buyer for the selected apartment. The reservation becomes effective once the reservation fee of €5,000 is received in the developer’s account. The reservation is valid until the signing of the notarized contract of obligation. For completed apartments, the real rights contract must be signed within one month of the reservation agreement.
Contract of Obligation
A notarized contract of obligation is signed with the buyer, detailing all aspects of the transaction. To sign this contract, the buyer must have paid at least 10% of the total purchase price.
Real Rights Contract
Once the apartment is ready for handover, a notarized real rights contract is signed. The buyer pays the remaining purchase price, and ownership of the apartment is transferred according to the terms of the notarized agreement.
